Established in 1968, Sotecplast got involved with naval construction, an area that was rapidly expanding. We took part in all national plans of naval development and got engaged in almost all vessels built in Brazil. Because of the decline of naval activity since 1984, we diversified into the development of special protection schemes in industrial, civil and petrochemical areas, reaching more than 3.000.000 square meter (32.000.000 square feet) of coated surfaces.
     We serve many kinds of clients all over the Brazilian territory, besides some works abroad (Argentina, Uruguay, Singapore, Portugal, Mexico, Chile, etc.), including projects and attendance on quality assurance.
